Just use a pen knife to cut. Scissors will distort the pictures, not recommended

How do i paste? are they sticky?
No, they are not sticky.
U have to buy those nail art glue, or epoxy glue from DIY shop to stick them.
Remember to buy clear ones since you don't want to see the presence of the glue on your phones or nails
